Defect Characterization Using Frequency Components of Pulsed Eddy Current Signal

Abstract

脉冲涡流检测技术是近几年发展起来的一种新型的电磁无损检测技术。传统的涡流检测技术采用的是正弦信号作为激励,由于趋肤效应的存在,其对深层缺陷的检测能力受到限制;而脉冲涡流检测技术采用具有宽广频谱的脉冲波形作为激励,可以同时检测到被测部件中不同深度的缺陷,获得更多的缺陷信息,有利于航空维修,对保障飞机安全有着重要的意义,因而引起众多研究人员的兴趣。 本论文基于电磁场理论和有限元数值仿真对脉冲涡流检测技术展开研究以避免实验过程中的不确定性因素对研究工作的干扰。本文首先建立轴对称有限元模型,利用Fortran编程语言,分别采用时间步进算法和傅里叶变换算法对二维轴对称的脉冲涡流问题进行数值仿真,计算得...Pulsed eddy current (PEC)testing is a new kind of electromagnetic nondestructive testing technique that was developed in recent years.
