Abstract

H5N1禽流感病毒(H5N1avianinfluenzavirus,简称H5N1)是一种可致人禽共患病的高致病性流感病毒,可感染鸡禽以及鼠、猴、猫和雪貂等多种哺乳类动物,人感染后死亡率接近60%,目前尚无有效的抗禽流感病毒药物。WHO推荐的流感治疗药物“达菲”对H5N1禽流感病人尽管有缓解症状的效果但不能有效治愈。单克隆抗体由于其特异性高、性质均一,在实验研究和临床检测中得到了广泛应用。临床上使用抗血清的中和性抗体进行被动免疫治疗已逐渐成为急性传染病的主要特异性治疗手段。本实验室在前期研究工作中,首次证实在高度变异的H5N1禽流感HA蛋白中存在高度保守的不变表位,获得的H5广谱中和单抗13D4...H5N1 avian influenza virus is a highly pathogenic influenza virus caused human and avian illness, which can infect chickens, rats, monkeys, cats and ferrets and other mammals, human infection with fatality rates approaching 60%, there is no effective anti-avian influenza virus drugs.
