丰富的物种多样性,层出不穷的新颖化学结构,多种多样的生物活性,使海洋放线菌成为寻找新药及先导化合物的重要资源。 本论文从采集自台湾海峡的海洋沉积物中分离、筛选具有生物活性的海洋放线菌,并对活性菌株的次级代谢产物进行初步的研究,旨在发掘具有开发应用前景的海洋放线菌和先导化合物。 采用选择性分离方法,从10份海洋沉积物样品中分离到261株海洋放线菌,其中非链霉菌样菌株241株,占92.3%。对41株菌株的16SrDNA基因序列进行分析,发现这些菌株均为稀有放线菌,属于Verrucosispora、Micromonospora或Solwaraspora菌属。 以6株细菌和2株真菌作为指示菌,采...With the luxuriant of species diversity, antibiotic activities and the yielding of novel chemical structures, marine actinomycetes became a significant source of new natural products.
