水溶性量子点是一种光学性质良好的半导体纳米晶体，在生命科学研究领域有着广泛的用途。本文选择碲化镉（CdTe）量子点为研究对象，改进其水相合成方法，对其分子光谱性质进行了考察。在应用方面，将其用于光催化处理溴化乙锭水溶液。通过Ames实验和体外细胞培养，对其生物学效应进行了初步的考察。全文共分为四章。（1）第一章是全文的绪论，分为两个部分。前半部分对近年来量子点的研究进展做了概括，介绍了量子点的基本特性，量子点的合成方法，以及量子点在分子、细胞和组织水平的应用。最后，对量子点的研究前景做了展望。后半部分主要围绕纳米毒理学的研究进展，对纳米材料的生物安全性作了概述。（2）第二章是水相合成CdTe量...Semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) are luminescent nanoparticles that are under intensive development for use as a new calss of fluorescence probes for bio-medical applications.
