Differential Proteome of Liver and Brain Tissues in Paralichthys olivaceus under the Stress of Cadmium and Methyl Parathion

Abstract

水体污染常见的分析检测技术有两大类,即理化监测和生物监测,前者反映瞬时、局部的污染状况,而后者能客观地反映污染源对生物体的危害程度。本论文选用牙鲆(Paralichthysolivaceus)为实验材料,以差异蛋白组学为主要分离与分析手段,筛选与鉴定出由金属镉(Cadmium,Cd)胁迫下的牙鮃肝脏差异蛋白质和由有机磷农药甲基对硫磷(Methylparathion,MP)胁迫下的牙鲆脑组织差异蛋白质。利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术分析在镉胁迫下(96h),牙鲆各组织器官中金属镉含量,发现镉在肝脏中具有较高的富集现象,其浓度递增近6倍。推测金属镉可能诱导肝细胞表达蛋白指示物的种类最...Methods of water pollution detection mainly contain physical and chemical monitoring and biological monitoring.
