对虾白斑综合症病毒（whitespotsyndromevirus，WSSV）,是近年来危害我国乃至世界各地沿海地区人工养殖对虾的主要病毒病原之一。WSSV具有毒力强、宿主范围广的特点，对虾白斑病的暴发给我国乃至世界对虾养殖业带来了严重的损失，同时也对生态环境造成了潜在的威胁。WSSV是一种具囊膜、无包涵体的杆状型DNA病毒，但目前的基因组序列和遗传进化分析都表明WSSV可能属于一类新的病毒家族。本文对WSSV基因组中的编码读框（openreadingframe,ORF）wsv112进行了研究分析，预测其为病毒的dUTPase基因，命名为w-dut。计算机序列分析表明w-dut全长1383bp，...White spot syndrome virus (WSSV) is the causative agent of WSS that is highly virulent in penaeid shrimp and can also infect most species of crustacean.
