The Function Character and Relatived Proteins Involved in Silicon Uptake and Bio-silicification in Thalassiosira pseudonana

Abstract

硅藻是全球碳固定主要的贡献者之一,也是海洋中进行生物硅化的主要生物体。长期以来,硅藻的碳固定和硅代谢过程一直是人们的研究热点。而近些年,硅藻形态各异、美妙绝伦的硅质化结构的形成过程和机理更是引起了人们极大的兴趣。 本论文选用中心纲海洋硅藻——假微型海链藻(ThalassiosirapseudonanaHasleetHeimdal)为研究对象,采用硅饥饿方法构建了假微型海链藻同步化培养体系;运用荧光显微镜观测,流式细胞仪检测等方法探讨了假微型海链藻在细胞周期中硅吸收与生物硅化作用的变化特征及相互间的耦联关系;应用蛋白质组学及生物信息学方法研究了假微型海链藻在硅吸收和生物硅化作用活跃期细胞全蛋白...Diatoms are the predominant contributors to global carbon fixation, and they are also the major organisms that possess of biosilicification in ocean.
