熊胆作为传统名贵中药在中国已有上千年的历史，其临床药理作用毋庸置疑。然而， 过去由于科学研究水平低下，生产工艺条件落后，人们普遍采用杀熊取胆的方式来获取熊胆，导致熊胆资源短缺，其化学成分研究并不系统，其中活性成分及其活性机理的研究更加缺乏。本文充分结合天然产物化学研究及张晓坤教授在TR3孤儿核受体与癌症关系方面的独特优势，对熊胆具有核受体调控作用的活性成分进行了前期初步研究。结果发现，熊胆中含有可以明确上调TR3mRNA表达的活性成分，且熊胆主要化学成分TUDCA并不明显具有这种功能。这说明熊胆中可能含有其他对孤儿核受体TR3具有调控作用的活性成分，这为本课题的进一步深入研究提供了方向和思路...Bear bile has been used as a traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years in China, with many proven beneficial effects in human.
