Characteristics of Vibrio alginolyticus Biofilm Formation and Its Antibiotic Resistance

Abstract

溶藻弧菌是水产养殖业中最常见的致病菌之一,由其引发的弧菌病常常给海 水养殖业造成巨大的损失,除此之外,溶藻弧菌还会引起人类的多种疾病。本文 研究了溶藻弧菌生物膜形成特性,并比较了其对链霉素、庆大霉素、四环素、新 霉素、卡那霉素、氧氟沙星和复方新诺明等7种水产常见药物的耐受性,旨在通 过体外溶藻弧菌生物膜的培养和诱导,建立体外诱导溶藻弧菌生物膜形成的方 法,并探索抑制生物膜的方法,为治疗溶藻弧菌导致的疾病提供新的实验依据。 通过改良的微孔板法研究致病性溶藻弧菌ND-01的生物膜形成特性。结果 显示,在28℃湿盒静止培养16h左右,溶藻弧菌生物膜量达到峰值;菌液的初 始密度在102...Vibrio alginolyticus is one of the common pathogens in aquaculture.
