本研究旨在集中研究镉、芘复合污染对秋茄幼苗生理和生态的影响。设置芘浓度为0,10和50mg/kg,镉浓度为0,10,40mg/kg。 研究结果表明,与对照相比,随着Cd和Pyr的处理浓度增加,总植物生长包括茎高、叶子数目和生物量(根生物量,茎生物量,叶生物量)都有所减少。对照组茎高,叶片数目和生物量(根生物量,茎生物量和叶生物量)分别为36.33cm,7.21,(69.64,59.55,17.47g)。最高浓度处理组茎高,叶片数目和生物量(根生物量,茎生物量和叶生物量)分别为22.56cm,5.21,(44.59,39.45,4.74g)。由此可知,增加Cd和Pyr的处理浓度会抑制植物生长。...This research aims focus to study the co-contamination effects of cadmium-pyrene pollution on the physiology and ecology of Kandelia obovata seedlings.
