光谱仪器是进行光谱研究和物质的光谱分析的装置。本课题着眼于近年来CCD技术和计算机技术方面的迅速发展，在深入分析光谱仪的一般结构与原理的基础上研制了一种实用的利用线阵CCD与计算机结合的多通道光谱测量仪器。本课题研究的主要内容是设计开发一种可见光的CCD摄像光谱仪，主要包括其光学结构设计、电路系统设计及其分析系统的开发几个部分。在光学结构设计中，将光纤、平面定向光栅和凹面反射镜等合理组合，采用一次性聚焦反射分光的方法，将待测光进行色散，光学结构大大简化，相比同类产品，精度和测量速度有一定提高。在电路系统设计中，本课题采用专用于光谱探测的高性能线阵CCD芯片（RL1024SB）作为光电接收器，匹...The spectrometer is a device of spectrum research and spectrum analysis of materials.
