作者自2005年6月至2006年11月做了两方面的调查：一是调查了台湾海峡厦门海域野生鱼类感染的单殖吸虫感染情况及种类，并统计了感染宿主分布情况 ；二是调查了漳州破灶网箱养殖的真鲷、双斑东方鲀感染的单殖吸虫种类及感染情况。调查结果如下： 一．2005年6月至2006年11月，在台湾海峡厦门海域33种野生鱼类中 有9种感染单殖吸虫，占检查鱼种的27.3％，其中5种鱼类可以感染两种或两种以上的单殖吸虫。共调查到单殖吸虫15种，隶属于5科12属。 二．2006年8月至2006年11月间调查了漳州破灶网箱养殖的真鲷、双斑东方鲀所感染的单殖吸虫，结果表明这两种养殖鱼类均都感染单殖吸虫。真鲷感染1...This dissertation includes two contents of studies which were carried on from Junuary of 2005 to Novemer of 2006.
