Effects of BaP exposure on reproductive functions of Sebastiscus marmoratus

Abstract

在实验生态条件下,研究浓度范围从0.5–10mg/kg鱼体重的苯并(a)芘(BaP)暴露对褐菖鲉的BaP典型代谢物、P4501A蛋白、解毒酶活性、性激素水平的变化、卵黄蛋白原含量的变化和P450芳香化酶活性的变化,以及显微结构水平上的性腺组织形态学影响。每隔6天对实验鱼进行一次注射,分别于暴露后7,14,28,56d取样,观察BaP对上述指标的影响,以探讨BaP对鱼生殖机能的影响和可能的作用机制。1、观察了BaP暴露后褐菖鲉BaP代谢与肝脏解毒酶之间的关系。结果显示,BaP暴露可诱导肝脏CYP1A蛋白含量,但CYP1A蛋白的诱导与EROD活性的诱导并不完全一致;同时,BaP典型代谢物的含量和两...Effects on reproductive potential of Sebastiscus marmoratus were studied.
