胆管癌是起源于肝内或肝外胆管上皮的恶性胆道肿瘤。由于胆管癌的早期症状不明显、发现困难，一旦发现多数已进入晚期，很难通过手术方法切除治疗，因此，寻找其他非手术方法治疗胆管癌就变得十分必要。目前临床应用的药物对胆管癌敏感性欠佳，而且存在明显毒副作用。因此，寻找更敏感、有效的药物，提高胆管癌药物治疗的疗效就变得十分必要。动物胆汁药具有活性强、疗效显著、副作用小等特点，在我国传统中药中有大量应用。近年来，动物胆汁的抗肿瘤作用备受关注，但是有关鳄鱼胆汁抗肿瘤活性的相关研究很少。 本论文以体外培养的人胆管癌QBC939细胞为药物筛选模型，从暹罗鳄胆汁中筛选获得具有抑制胆管癌细胞生长的活性物质，命名为鳄胆...Cholangiocarcinoma is a malignant biliary tract cancer originated from intrahepatic or extrahepatic biliary epithelium.
