Research on Waste Water Treatment Processes Based on O3/UV and its Automation Realizing

Abstract

臭氧紫外线法污水处理工艺具有反应迅速、降解较完全的特点,是一种有效的污水处理工艺,在水处理领域的应用潜力越来越受到人们的关注。论文研究了臭氧紫外线法石化污水处理工艺,设计了适用于该工艺的污水处理装置,并用该装置处理福建炼化公司的生产污水,使处理后的污水达到工厂回用标准。同时为了实现生产的自动化管理,还根据该装置的特点设计了一套PLC控制系统及其上位机监控系统。主要要完成的任务有以下几个部分: 一、臭氧紫外线法污水处理装置设计、工艺优化试验分析。详细的研究了臭氧紫外线法污水处理工艺,根据项目研究的目标,分别加工了一套污水处理小试装置和一套污水处理中试装置。利用小试装置,主要进行了针对臭氧紫外线...Featured as rapid reaction, complete degradation and low cost, the O3/UV waster water treatment technology is rather effective and arouses more and more people’s concerns.
