Preparation of a Rapid Antigen Detection Test for HA of High Pathogenic H5 Avian Influenza Virus

Abstract

2003年底至今,东南亚地区持续爆发H5N1禽流感疫情,并随着侯鸟迁移不断扩散至欧洲、非洲等地区,引起大规模禽类感染和散在的人感染事件。长期的监测结果表明,H5N1型病毒由于其变异快速、致病性强,能够感染人类,最有可能成为流感大流行的候选株。目前,检测H5亚型禽流感病毒的快速诊断试剂尚无大规模商品化的产品出现,现有的诊断方法难以满足对禽流感疫情的及时发现和控制的需要。本研究致力于研制出一种特异性针对H5N1禽流感病毒血凝素抗原的快速诊断试剂盒,并对其进行全面的性能评估。 本实验室在H5亚型禽流感病毒单抗制备方面已有多年经验,利用分子进化树手段分析近年来在东南亚地区流行的H5N1禽流感病毒株的...H5N1 subtype avian influenza began to attack the southeastern Asia since late 2003, and recently spread to Europe and Africa by the migratory birds.
