针对河口红树林湿地多环芳烃污染现状,本文选择亚热带河口常见的红树植物秋茄和桐花树为研究对象,应用气相色谱-质谱联用、高效液相色谱与可视化荧光探测手段,主要研究了不同染毒处理时间下两种典型多环芳烃(PAHs)—菲(Phentermine,Phe)和芘(Pyrene,Pyr)在秋茄和桐花树树根和叶片内的吸收、积累分布和运输情况;红树植物应对多环芳烃胁迫的生理学机制暨清除自由基的酶系统变化、次生代谢物单宁的响应规律,以及根系分泌的低分子量有机酸变化规律,旨在阐明红树植物响应PAHs污染胁迫的生态抗性机制。本文的主要研究结果如下: 1.秋茄和桐花树能够从培养液中吸收Phe和Pyr,并且能够将根系吸收...Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are common and serious pollutants in estuarine mangrove areas.
