Abstract

疟疾目前仍然是世界上严重危害人类健康的主要传染病之一,导致全球每年大约一百万人死亡。疟疾的发病机理非常复杂,人们对它的了解十分有限。疟原虫能够在宿主体内长期存在,很大一部分原因是疟原虫能干扰宿主的免疫反应和逃避宿主的免疫压力。 自1976年Trager和Jensen成功地对恶性疟原虫(Plasmodiumfalciparum)红内期体外连续培养获得成功后,该方法对疟原虫生化代谢及相关酶基因研究、疟疾化学治疗药物筛选、疟原虫抗药性检测、抗药基因特征研究等方面均产生了积极影响。至今,有关疟疾的大量实验依然需要人工培养的疟原虫作为实验材料。本实验在Trager等培养方法的基础上尝试对鼠疟——约氏疟...Malaria is one of the most deadly infectious diseases in the world, killing approximately one million people each year.
