花器官研究一直是植物分子生物学研究的热点,水稻长护颖突变体的发现和研究有利于进一步补充和阐明水稻花器官发育的分子机理。本研究室在利用γ射线辐照籼稻品种成熟花粉的诱变后代中发现了一株长护颖突变体(命名为LG-1),经多代自交后,该突变体的遗传已稳定,稻株除护颖发育异常、护颖长度与其谷粒长度相当外,其它主要性状无异常表现,但其遗传机理不清楚。因此,本研究选用该长护颖突变体与矮脚南特(AJNT)杂交,建立F2遗传分离群体,结合SSR分子标记技术对长护颖性状进行遗传分析和基因定位,对阐明控制水稻长护颖发育的分子机理、基因克隆和功能研究具有重要意义。研究结果如下: 1.该水稻突变体长护颖性状的遗传分析...Researches on floral organ were always hotspots to plant molecular biologists.
