旋毛虫是一种重要的人兽共患寄生虫,寄生于人体可导致严重的疾病。为了了解我国几个不同地区旋毛虫之间的种属关系,我们对这些地区的旋毛虫进行了线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚单位I(COI)基因的扩增,并得到了正确的COI基因。利用ClusterX、Genedoc等软件我们对这些COI基因序列进行了分析,构建了遗传距离矩阵及系统发生树。分析可知,T1与东北株COI基因的相似性高达97.9%,遗传距离仅为0.0081,两者的同源性非常高。T2与T5株COI基因的相似性为95.0%,遗传距离为0.0412,同源性也很高,两者与T3株有一定的差别。湖北株与云南株的遗传距离为0.0000,两者的同源性最高。而河南株与...Trichinella is an important intestinal parasitic nematode in human and animal which can cause serious trichinellosis.
