Properties and Activity Regulation of N-Acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase from Prawn Cuticle (Litopenaeus vannamei)

Abstract

凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeusvannamei)是全世界三大养殖对虾之一,具有重要的经济价值。N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(N-Acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase或NAGase,EC.3.2.1.52)在对虾的幼体孵化,蜕壳发育,营养代谢,免疫防御中发挥着重要作用。探讨壳膜中NAGase的酶学特性、活力调控、催化作用机理并与内脏中NAGase性质与功能进行比较,能更全面地了解凡纳滨对虾不同组织来源的NAGase特点及作用。 以凡纳滨对虾壳膜为材料,经过0.01mol/LTris-HCl(pH7.5)缓冲液匀浆抽提处理,硫酸铵分级盐析纯化,获得粗酶。粗酶再经过Seph...Litopenaeus vannamei is one of the three most popular cultured prawns in the world,and has important economic value.
