Cytoplasmic proteins and protein complexes related with heat-regulation in Escherichia coli K-12

Abstract

细菌适应热环境的机制研究一直以来都是微生物学家研究的热点,是研究细菌适应外界环境变化的机制及其进化的重要组成部分。然而前期的研究主要集中在热激反应阶段,对热激反应过后细菌如何维持热适应的研究还较少。为此,本论文充分利用功能蛋白质组学研究的技术和手段,对E.coliK-12维持热适应中起调节作用的胞浆蛋白及其相关蛋白质复合物进行研究,以期了解细菌维持热适应的调节蛋白及其蛋白调节网络,进而深入认识细菌适应热环境的机制。 本论文首先采用基于2-Dnative/SDS-PAGE的蛋白质组学方法对不同温度培养条件下的E.coliK-12胞浆蛋白进行了比较分析,鉴定了6个差异表达蛋白GroL、ClpB、...The mechanism of bacteria’s thermal adaptation, which is one of the most important parts on the evolution of bacteria and its adaptation to various environments, has been a research focus for a long time.
