本文主要分析了中国城市化阶段中的能源消费与碳排放问题，并基于其经济与社会发展中所面临的节能与碳排放约束，研究了中国在城市化进程中的能源政策选择。高耗能高排放、粗放式的经济增长及重工化的产业结构等许多经济发展问题，都是城市化阶段中难以避免的基本特征。中国目前的能源政策制定必须充分而且深入地考虑到城市化阶段中的资源紧缺与碳排放约束，做出相应的能源政策调整，才能实现低碳转型和可持续发展。 本文的主要贡献体现在以下几点： 第一，系统地分析并概括了中国自1949年以来，不同的城市化发展时期中所体现的，能源消费与二氧化碳排放增长的阶段性特征。 第二，针对中国城市化阶段的经济增长与能源消费特征，研究了...This article analyzes the impacts of urbanization on China’s energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
