随着中国税务制度的日趋完善，纳税人的数量较以前有了较大的增加。与此同时，中国税收征管系统（CTAIS）在全国税务总局的大力支持和推广下，已经在我市全面展开运行。网上开票监控管理系统是在既要为了满足税务机关和广大纳税人网上开票的迫切需求，同时又不改变CTAIS现有系统的情况下而开发的。 本文首先介绍了项目开发的意义，对项目本身作了详细的说明。接着，对开发所需的几项主要的技术作了简要的介绍。然后，按照快速原型模型为基础，结合增量与极限模型的开发方法，进行了较为完整的设计。最后，对网上开票监控管理系统的发展进行了总结和展望。系统采用B/S架构，基于J2EE平台开发，采用MVC模式。 本系统的业务...With the improvement of China's tax system, the number of taxpayers is increasing.
