Screening of Micromonospora with anti-Mycobacterium smegmatis activity and study on secondary metabolites of strain LJX B67

Abstract

微生物能够产生种类繁多、结构新颖、活性多样的次级代谢产物,是发现先导化合物的重要来源,随着陆地可培养微生物资源的开发,从中发现新菌种、新代谢产物的可能性日趋减小,人们将目光投向了海洋等等新资源来筛选高活性的微生物菌种,从而提高发现先导化合物的效率。 本文以耻垢分支杆菌(Mycobacteriumsmegmatis)为指示菌,对福建省药物工程实验室保藏的539株小单孢菌菌科(Micromonosporaceae)的菌株进行了抗结核活性的筛选,初筛得到了58株阳性菌株,阳性率为10.76%,阳性菌株中鉴定到属的菌株包括:小单孢菌属、疣孢菌属、盐生孢菌属。活性复筛的阳性率74.14%,小单孢菌株用...Microorganisms are capable of generating a wide range of secondary metabolites with novel skeletons and varied and unique bioactivities which are important resources of lead compounds discovery.
