Studies on the Technique of Artificial Insemination of Bombyx mori L.

Abstract

本文对家蚕精液的采集、凝结精液的液化和漂洗,以及人工授精 (体内和体外的)效果等问题进行了系列的实验观察。结果提示:l) 蚕蛾在持续交配40Min内,交配囊中的精液尚未凝结,此时的精液容 易与Tris一柠檬酸溶液均匀混合,配成含不同精子密度的精液稀释液。 2)用不同数量的精子对处女蛾进行人工授精,在注射精液体积相同的 情况下,当精子数为的220万。受精卵率可达92%;3)在持续交配 45min以上的母蛾交配囊内,精液已凝结成坚韧的团块,这种精液凝 结物置于o.25%的胰酶中;经过40min完全液化。此时精子的运动性保 持正常;但用这种精子进行授精则没有得到受精卵;用Tris一柠...The systematic studies comprised the obtaining, liquefing, rinsing of semen of the domesticated silkworm and artificial insemination in vivo and in vitro in this paper.
