本文对家蚕精液的采集、凝结精液的液化和漂洗，以及人工授精 （体内和体外的）效果等问题进行了系列的实验观察。结果提示：l） 蚕蛾在持续交配40Min内，交配囊中的精液尚未凝结，此时的精液容 易与Tris一柠檬酸溶液均匀混合，配成含不同精子密度的精液稀释液。 2）用不同数量的精子对处女蛾进行人工授精，在注射精液体积相同的 情况下，当精子数为的220万。受精卵率可达92%；3）在持续交配 45min以上的母蛾交配囊内，精液已凝结成坚韧的团块，这种精液凝 结物置于o．25%的胰酶中；经过40min完全液化。此时精子的运动性保 持正常；但用这种精子进行授精则没有得到受精卵；用Tris一柠...The systematic studies comprised the obtaining, liquefing, rinsing of semen of the domesticated silkworm and artificial insemination in vivo and in vitro in this paper.
