This article follows the logic of "status analysis—found problems—to solve the problem", combining literature, comparative law and the investigation method, taking Xiamen University for instance, undertakes an analysis from the problems of the existing problems of curriculum system of Ed.D.. Solutions will be offered based on the practicality of Ed.D. in a bid to provide help to theoretical research and practical work of Ed.D. in China. The main content of this article is comprised of six parts: Part one: This chapter is mainly about the background, the significance and the methods of the research. An overview of associated documents and some key concepts are provided. Part two: Discussing the origination of Ed.D. in China, and then analyzing the present status of Ed.D. in China from the enrollment, training objective, training methods, curriculum and other aspects. Part three: This part introduces the advantages of Ed.D. cultivation in Xiamen University, and explores the present conditions of the curriculum system of Ed.D. in Xiamen University through the questionnaire . Part four: This part summarizes the achievements and the existing problems of Ed.D. in Xiamen University through text analysis and survey analysis. Part five: On the basis of a brief introduction to Ed.D. development in the United States, this part analyzes the characteristics of the curriculum systems of University of South California and Peabody Institute . Part six: This part puts forward the reform principles of curriculum system of Ed.D., and then make a few suggestions for the improvement of curriculum system of Ed.D.. Improvement Suggestions of Curriculum System of Ed.D. ··········· 60 Conclusions ································································································· 64 References ······································································ 65 Appendices······································································ 68 Acknowledgement ····························································· 73 厦门大学博硕士论文摘要库厦门大学博硕士论文摘要库第一章 绪论  1第一章 绪论 第一节 研究背景及意义 一、研究背景     为了进一步完善学位制度，我国在 1989 年建立了专业学位制度。1996 年，在国务院学位委员会第 14 次会议上通过了《关于设置和试办教育硕士专业学位的报告》，并决定把北京大学、清华大学、北京师范大学等 16 所高校作为首批试点培养单位。从此，我国开始了教育硕士专业学位教育。     教育硕士历经多年的发展，已形成了较大的规模，累计招生 6 万多名学员，3 万余人获得教育硕士专业学位，其中涌现出了大批特级教师、学科带头人和2000 多名中小学校长、地方教育行政部门负责人，为我国基础教育的改革和发展做出了重要贡献。①但是随着我国教育事业的不断发展，人民对接受高质量教育的需求日益强烈，教育硕士在教育层次结构上已经不能满足这种需求。因此，教育博士专业学位（本文简称教育博士）的设置问题被提上日程。在 2008 年国务院学位委员会第 26 次会议上通过了《教育博士专业学位设置方案》，在 2009年颁布了《关于开展教育博士专业学位教育试点工作的通知》，批准北京大学等15 所院校为首批教育博士试点单位，这标志着我国教育博士教育进入了一个崭新的阶段。新阶段也代表着新挑战，在这一新阶段下，如何准确定位教育博士，如何在国家政策的指导下科学有序培养教育博士，是摆在我们面前一项艰巨而持久的任务。而完成这一任务的关键在于对课程的研究，课程在教育博士培养过程中起着重要的作用，是实现培养目标的载体，是保障和提高教育质量的关键。在教育博士发展过程中，厘清教育博士培养及其课程的基本概念，构建符合自身需要和外部要求的科学课程体系，已成为必须，也是一种必然。概括来说，不管是教育博士发展的需要，还是教育博士课程体系本身构建的需要，以及当前我国教育实际的需要，都需要我们将目光定位于教育博士课程体系，使其与教育学博士剥离，构建科学合理的教育博士课程体系。                                                         ① 钟秉林，张斌贤.我国专业学位教育发展的新突破—写在教育博士专业学位诞生之际[J].中国高等教育， 2009(3)：38. 厦门大学博硕士论文摘要库我国教育博士课程体系研究——以厦门大学为例  2二、研究意义     （一）理论意义 从理论上看，我国教育博士培养还处于初级发展阶段，关于教育博士的理论研究也较片面，还没有形成完整的理论体系。研究我国教育博士课程体系，有助于深化对教育博士课程的认识，包括教育博士的课程目标、课程结构、课程内容和课程实施等方面的认识，进一步拓宽该领域的理论研究范围。另外，作为我国专业学位教育的重要部分，教育博士课程体系研究可以为我国专业学位教育提供丰富的理论支持。     （二）实践意义 课程体系是教育博士培养的核心，决定着教育博士的人才规格和整体培养质量，对其进行全面而深入的研究具有及其重要的作用。本研究有助于各培养高校对教育博士课程体系中存在的问题进行深入的了解，并采取相应的对策，构建完善的教育博士课程体系，优化教育博士培养模式，从而培养造就大批高层次的、具有实践研究和实践反思能力的教学名师和优秀教育管理者。 第二节 文献综述 一、教育博士研究现状     （一）国内教育博士研究现状 在“中国期刊全文数据库”中选取“1980—2011 年”这个时间段，输入关键词“教育博士”，共检索出 46 篇文献。经过进一步筛选，得出 25 篇直接相关文献，这些文献主要包括我国教育博士设置的前期思考与准备、培养现状和国外经验借鉴等内容。         厦门大学博硕士论文摘要库Degree papers are in the “Xiamen University Electronic Theses and Dissertations Database”.
