Effects of B(a)p on Development and Behavior of Nematode and the Molecular Mechanism

Abstract

苯并(a)芘[Benzo(a)pyren,B(a)P]是一种广泛存在于环境中的具有致癌作用的多环芳烃类化合物,容易在人体内积累导致肿瘤的发生,已被公认为是致癌性多环芳烃的代表。国内外学者对B(a)P的致癌毒性进行了大量的研究,但对其生殖发育毒性的研究较少。同时,对B(a)P致癌机理和相关信号通路调控机制的大多数研究均建立在体外实验的基础上,体内实验的相关报道并不多见。本文以模式生物C.elegans为受试对象,先观察B(a)P对其生殖、发育、运动等方面的影响,并对其体内抗氧化酶系统活性变化进行了测定,随后运用RNAi技术,对B(a)P影响下相关基因在MAPK信号转导途径中的作用进行了进一步研究...Benzo (a) pyren [B(a)P], a member of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs), is widespread environmental and has carcinogenic and mutagenic effects.
