Abstract

絮凝剂广泛地应用于环保和食品行业,用于生活污水和工业废水的处理、以及发酵后处理工艺中菌体和菌体碎片的收集等。传统的无机絮凝剂和有机合成高分子絮凝剂,尽管价格低廉,但是自然环境中不易降解。尤其是Al3+会引发老年痴呆;而聚丙烯酰胺类,常常含有未聚合的单体,对环境造成二次污染。生物絮凝剂是一类由微生物产生的可使液体中不易降解的固体悬浮颗粒、菌体细胞及胶体粒子等凝集、沉淀的特殊高分子代谢产物,是利用生物技术,通过微生物发酵、分离提取而得到的一种新型、高效、廉价的水处理剂。与传统的化学合成絮凝剂相比,生物絮凝剂具有无毒、安全性高、可被微生物降解,无二次污染等独特的优越性。在人们亟待寻求一种新型絮凝剂代...Various flocculants are widely used in industrial and food applications such as waste water treatment, aggregation of cells and cell debris in fermentation industries, etc. Although the organic and inorganic synthetic flocculants are cost-effective and high flocculating activity, they are not easily degraded in nature.
