Research on Dynamic Multi-objective Optimization Problems Based on Memetic Algorithm

Abstract

在现实世界中,往往存在着许多动态的多目标优化问题,由于此类问题具有多个依赖时间或环境的目标,并且这些目标可能是相互冲突、不可公度的,加之此类问题的最优解会随着时间而发生改变,因而通常很难设计出一种通用而又有效的方法来求解此类问题。本文提出了一种基于模因算法(MA:MemeticAlgorithm)的动态多目标优化方法,并进行实验,获得了一些有意义的结果。 论文的主要工作如下: (1)问题描述与相关理论研究综述。主要包含动态多目标优化问题的定义及其特征的描述,进化算法在动态多目标优化问题的研究进展与研究目标的综述,动态多目标优化问题的测试函数及评价指标的总结。 (2)提出了一种基于模因算法...In our world, there are many dynamic multi-objective optimization problems.
