流动注射、高效液相色谱/薄层电解池串联双电极安培法研究

电化学检测器具有高选择性、高灵敏度和低造价的优点,它和流动注射。液相色谱联用,成为痕量分析的强有力工具。在生物医学和环境分析中得到广泛的应用。近来,人们逐渐把注意力集中于多工作电极同时检测的研究。多电极检测能够改善检测器的性能,提高FIAEC和LCEC的检测能力。 本文提出了一种流动注射/串联双电极安培检测方法.分析物首先在上游电极还原,还原产物在下游电极进行氧化检测。这样.消除了溶解O2的干扰。使得氧化性化合物如醌、芳香硝塞化合物等能够在不除02的情况下进行检测,使这时化合物的FIAEC检测容易自动化。同时,串联双电极检测方法能够扩展检测器的有撰工作电位范围。使这种技术的应用范围更广。本文...学位:理学硕士院系专业:化学化工学院化学系_分析化学学号:YL000070
