Abstract

绩效是指组织中员工的工作行为、表现及其结果。绩效评价之所以重要,因为它实质是对某一组织生存和发展的“压力源”的反映,并进而采取合理行动。目前高校教师绩效评价尚未将高校内外的真实需求有效地反映到教师的价值和行为中,教师尚未成为学校中不断适应环境变化的、积极主动的变革者。 教师绩效评价中形式主义、重数量轻质量的问题源在行政管理体系,论文主张绩效评价改革应在弱化行政管理的同时发挥学术共同体和师生共同体作用,并探讨将“知识交易理念”作为共同体的价值理念之一。论文调查分析了案例高校内蕴含的“知识交易”现象,通过与管理者和教师交流感受,为更新高校组织文化,在教师绩效评价中渗透“知识交易理念”奠定现实基础...Performance means work behaviors of the staff of an organization and their effects.
