The Preparation of New Solid-Phase Microextraction Coatings and Their Applications in Environmental Detection

Abstract

近年来,随着人们环保意识的增强,出现了一些新兴的无溶剂和少溶剂的样品前处理技术,固相微萃取技术就是新发展的一种无溶剂萃取技术,具有操作简单、分析时间短、样品需要量小、可以与气相色谱仪和高效液相色谱仪在线联用等优点。现有的商品化SPME萃取纤维普遍存在着机械强度低、耐热耐有机溶剂性能差、容易损害、使用寿命短、且价格昂贵等缺点。虽然国内外很多科研工作者研制了不少新型的SPME萃取纤维,但这些自制的纤维仅解决了商品化纤维的部分问题。因此,开发经济有效、选择性强、稳定性好、寿命长的涂层材料为本文的研究目的。 本论文共分三章。 第一章,文献综述,主要介绍SPME技术原理及其发展现状,以及多壁碳纳米管...Solid-Phase Microextraction(SPME) is a novel solvent-free sample-preparation technique and combines sampling, isolation and enrichment in one step.
