来华留学生教育自1950年起始至今，已走过了半个多世纪的不平凡历程。追溯来华留学生教育的发展轨迹，我们可以强烈地感受到，决定来华留学生教育的步伐和走向的正是来华留学生教育政策。离开了来华留学生教育政策的指引，来华留学生教育将无从发展。本论文通过对建国以来的来华留学生教育政策的研究，揭示了来华留学生教育政策的发展演变过程及其政策在不同时期的主要特点和影响因素，分析了政策在不同时期的利弊得失，最后，通过考察当前来华留学生教育的现实问题，对政策调整提出思考和若干建议。Since the origination of the education of foreign students in china in 1950, it has experienced an unusual course of half a century.
