International Trade’s Effect on China’s Carbon Dioxide Emissions——A Structural Decomposition Analysis Approach

Abstract

随着温室气体排放日渐增加,环境保护形势日趋严峻,二氧化碳(CO2)减排逐步成为中国政府在环境领域面临的重要课题。中国二氧化碳减排的可能性与可行性如何?减排的空间大不大?减排的宏观战略应当如何?减排应该从哪些主要部门着手?这些都是完成这一课题需要回答的问题。而在此之前,如果我们能够明确碳排放趋势的影响因素及其作用效果,则将有助于我们接近上述问题的答案。鉴于此,本文基于能够体现产业关联的投入产出模型,应用结构分解分析方法,对不同时间点的碳排放进行比较静态分析,较系统的考察了1995-2007年间多个时间区间影响中国碳排放趋势的因素,并对其影响效果进行了较客观准确的测算,分析了中国碳排放变化的主要驱...With the increasing greenhouse gas emission, environment protection is becoming urgent and should be taken into serious consideration.
