Abstract

原子荧光光谱分析是一种高灵敏度和高选择性的检测手段,以氢化物发生作为进样方法对一些在环境中至关重要的元素进行测定时具有其它原子光谱分析方法无可比拟的优点。涉及元素形态分析方法的建立时要求把分离手段和原子荧光光谱检测进行联用,如气相色谱(GC)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)和毛细管电泳(CE)等,从而实现对元素的形态分析。本论文的工作就是建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)与原子荧光光谱(AFS)联用系统应用于元素的形态分析。 第一章:前言。主要介绍了氢化物发生法及原子荧光光谱,对原子荧光光谱仪作为联用技术在线检测器的数据采集和处理作了评述,详细调研了高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用应用于元素形态分析,并提...Atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) is a very sensitive and selective method for the determination of a number of environmentally biomedically important elements.
