城市群的发展和集聚效应（Agglomeration）的发挥已经成为各国越来越关注的焦点，在我国，长三角、珠三角和环渤海经济区这三大经济区域的发展也逐渐成为学者的研究重点，许多学者更是提出了大长三角和泛珠三角的发展口号。然而，在这三大经济区域进一步发展之时，亟需对其目前的发展状况有一个准确的了解，因此，文章通过测量三大经济区域的集聚效应，试图揭示三大区域的发展状况，并通过对测量结果的分析，提出相应的改进与解决措施。 关于集聚效应的测量，目前我国学者大都集中于对产业或城市集聚效应的研究，少有对区域集聚效应，特别是对三大区域集聚效应的测量分析，因此本文通过借鉴国外的研究成果，试图对我国区域集聚效应...The development of big cities and the mechanism of urban agglomeration effects have been drawing more and more attention from the world.
