Study on the Mo-Bi Based Complex Oxide Catalysts for Selective Oxidation of Isobutene to Methylacrolein

Abstract

本学位论文针对异丁烯选择氧化制甲基丙烯醛(MAL)反应,采用共沉淀法合成了一些列钼铋系复合氧化物催化剂,并对其催化性能进行了评价,对催化剂的组成以及合成条件、助剂的加入方式进行了优化,筛选出性能优良的催化剂。在此基础上采用BET、XRD、H2-TPR和XPS等实验技术对催化剂的比表面积、体相结构、氧化还原性能以及表面组成等进行了表征,并将表征结果与催化剂的异丁烯选择氧化制MAL性能进行关联。主要研究结果如下: 1)考察了Fe、Co、Ce、K、Cs等助剂对异丁烯选择氧化制甲基丙烯醛钼铋系复合氧化物催化剂性能的影响。研究表明,Mo12Bi1Ox上异丁烯的转化率和MAL选择性分别为17.1和12....This dissertation focused on screening catalysts that showed efficient catalytic performance for the paitical oxidation of isobutene to synthesis MAL.
