Study on homochirality on origin of life

Abstract

在生命起源问题上,最引人关注的两个问题是:基因密码子的起源和均一手性。密码子相当于一种代码,将一种氨基酸对应于一个或多个核苷酸三联体。现代密码子及其相应的载体L-shapedtRNA大约形成于10亿年前,到目前基本没有变化,而且被绝大多数生物体所采纳。关于基因密码子起源,立体化学假说认为,寡聚核苷酸和氨基酸之间通过立体化学相互作用形成了密码子关系,而共进论则认为:基因密码子的进化与氨基酸的生物进化密切相关;均一手性是指,组成蛋白质的氨基酸都是L型,而组成DNA和RNA,以及一些重要聚糖的单糖都是D型糖,因此,手性均一是生命体的一个普遍现象。关于均一手性的原因仍然是个迷,目前有以下几种解释:1....The origin of genetic code and homochirality are the two most important topics in the research on origin of life.
