Preparation and oxygen reduction reaction activity of the PPy complex as a non-noble catalyst

Abstract

本文采用聚合法制备聚吡咯,并用三种方法合成了钴聚吡咯配合物。通过XRD、红外、XPS和循环伏安等表征手段,讨论了三种方法对聚吡咯催化剂结构及氧还原性能的影响。结果表明,在这三种制备方法中,钴与PPy-CNTs的结合方式不同,从而引起其氧还原性能的不同。 在NaBH4+NaOH还原气氛下制备了不同钴含量的聚吡咯催化剂,并对其进行了红外光谱、电子探针和循环伏安等表征。研究结果表明金属含量不同将影响催化氧还原的性能。氮含量为1%,Co/N比例为1:2的样品氧还原电位最高。Co-PPy composites adsorbed on the carbon nanotubes were prepared by three methods.
