Study on the nickel-based catalysts for hydrogenation and its kinetics and the reactor hydrodynamic

Abstract

本文针对芳烃加氢及加氢裂化体系的相关热点问题进行了研究。 (一)近年来,随着环境保护要求和标准的不断提高,降低中低馏分油中的芳烃含量倍受重视。目前,芳烃脱除手段主要是加氢技术,金属态催化剂由于加氢活性高而受到青睐。然而还原态的金属如镍基芳烃加氢催化剂容易被馏分油中含硫组分中毒而失活。 为了提高镍基芳烃加氢催化剂的抗硫性,本文首先研究了不同酸性组分硼或磷钨酸(HPW)对催化剂物相及其催化性能的影响,随后对含噻吩的芳烃加氢反应的宏观动力学进行建模研究,提出失活动力学模型。主要结果归纳如下: (1)酸性组分的含量变化将决定催化剂的物相种类及体量,进而影响组分间的相互作用程度,最终导致催化剂...The thesis is focused on the important topics involving with the catalytic systems of aromatic hydrogenation and hydrocracking.
