Preparation, Characterization of Nano/microsturctured Metal Oxides with all Polar Surfaces Exposed via a Molten Salt Route

Abstract

纳米材料以其独特的物理、化学性质,在近年来成为了全世界科学家关注的热点,纳米材料的性质受其尺寸、形貌、结构、组成以及结晶状况等因素的影响。在对纳米材料尺寸控制方法日趋完善的今天,如何通过控制晶体裸露表面来调控纳米材料的性质成为现阶段进一步获得新型功能材料的另一重要手段。对微小颗粒裸露表面的控制不能使用针对宏观晶体的切割、打磨等手段,而只能通过控制晶体生长的过程来达到这一目的。本论文针对具有极性晶面的离子晶体,提出了一种控制高能极性晶面裸露生长,得到具有特殊性质产物的方法—熔盐法。熔盐法利用高温熔盐中自由离子与晶体极性表面发生静电相互作用,降低极性晶面的表面能进而抑制其生长速度,最终使原本快速生...In recent years, a lot of attentions have been put on nanomaterials for their unique physical and chemical properties.
