Study on Ceria-based Catalyst for Dehydrogenation of Ethylbenzene to Styrene

Abstract

在常压、反应温度620℃、液态空速1.0h-1、乙苯与水的体积比1∶2的反应条件下,考察了CeO2、CeO2-K2O以及Fe2O3-CeO2催化剂的乙苯脱氢活性,利用XRD、XPS以及Ar+溅射技术对催化剂物相和表面价态进行分析,其结果与催化活性关联,研究结果如下: 1:CeO2本身具有优良的乙苯脱氢活性,其苯乙烯收率稳定在38.5%左右。添加钾助剂后,脱氢反应进行10h,CeO2-K2O催化剂的苯乙烯收率从39.4%升高至51.0%,随后催化活性逐渐下降,脱氢反应50h,苯乙烯收率是42.3%。钾助剂含量的增加对苯乙烯收率影响甚小。 在Fe2O3-CeO2催化剂组分中,CeO2含量从0%...In this paper, the activities of CeO2, CeO2-K2O and Fe2O3-CeO2 catalysts for ethylbenzene dehydrogenation were measured under the reaction conditions of 620℃, atmospheric pressure, the space velocity of 0.6 h-1 and the Steam/EB ratio (in volume) of 0.5.
