摘要 晚清军事学堂是晚清军事变革的重要组成部分，开办军事学堂是清政府“器物”层面上的改革失败后，从教育上寻求富国强兵的再一次探索。本文力图建构晚清军事学堂办学理念沿革体系，探讨其失败的主要成因及其对当代的国防教育影响。在研究方法上，立足于历史事实，主要参考《半世雄图-晚清军事教育现代化的历史进程》、《高等学校国防教育》等著作，力图用历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义原理对晚清军事学堂进行分析和建构。本文从三个方面进行研究：第一部分是从“中主西辅”、“中体西用”、“西制中辅”三个时期出发，按照时间顺序分析晚清军事学堂的办学理念和实践经过；第二部分从三个方面阐述晚清军事学堂办学失败的主要成因，首先是晚清...Abstract The military school in the late Qing Dynasty, playing an important part of the military reform of that era, represented another attempt of the Qing government to seek for strengthening the country by means of education after the failed reform on the material level.
