Preparation of BaTiO3 Nanoparticles with Various Particle Sizes and Ferroelectic and Dielectric Properties of 0-3 Type BaTiO3/PVDF Piezoelectric Composite Materials

Abstract

铁电材料作为一种应用广泛的功能材料,一直以来都受到广泛的关注。随着科技的发展,对铁电组件小型化、集成化的要求越来越高,这就进一步要求作为原料的铁电体晶粒尺寸不断减小。当晶粒尺寸减小时,铁电体的铁电性是否还能保持是一个重要的问题,对这种尺寸效应的研究具有重要的意义。由于钛酸钡(BaTiO3)晶体结构简单并具有高介电常数,在理论上和实践方面研究BaTiO3的的临界尺寸很有意义。本论文采用BaTiO3作为增强材料,压电聚合物聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)作为基体,用制备压电复合材料的方法研究钛酸钡纳米颗粒的尺寸效应。压电聚合物基压电复合材料兼具压电陶瓷和聚合物的优点,而且还可以表现出复合材料的新性能,所以...Ferroelectric materials, which are widely used as functional matrials, have been extensively investigated recently for device applications.
