Synthesis, Characterization and Studies on Thermokinetics of the diastereomeric Transfer of Chiral Pentacoordinate Spirobicyclic Aminoacylphosphoranes(P-AAs)

Abstract

五配位磷是生命过程中的反应过渡态和中间体,N-磷酰化氨基酸自组装成肽也经过五配位磷的中间体,研究含有氨基酸的五配位磷意义重大,研究五配位磷化合物立体化学互变异构的热动力学性质有助于进一步揭示生命体内酶的手性催化机理。我们设计合成系列氨基酸五配位双螺环磷烷作为研究生命体内五配位磷化合物的模型。 本论文采用新的一锅法合成系列氨基酸双螺环五配位磷烷(P-AAs)。由于P-AAs非对映异构体容易发生互变,因此分离十分麻烦。本论文首次结合正相硅胶柱层析法与多次重结晶法成功分离获得9种氨基酸双螺环五配位磷非对映异构体。P-AAs原子数目很多(特别是芳香碳),本论文通过核磁...Pentacoordinate phosphorus compounds have been recognized as the intermediates or transition states in biological system.They are also intermediates in self-assembly reactions of N-phosphoamino acids into peptides.
