Development and Applications of Novel Solid Phase Microextration Methods and Coatings

Abstract

固相微萃取(SPME)是一种集采样、萃取、浓缩、进样于一体的样品前处理技术,具有操作简单方便,重现性好,无需有机溶剂,能够与气相色谱或液相色谱等分析仪器联用等特点。本论文研究工作主要包括利用商品化固相微萃取涂层建立适用于复杂基质实际样品分析的方法以及开发新型固相微萃取涂层材料。建立了一种基于固相微萃取技术检测食用油中氧化产生的醛类的方法,考察了油脂存放时间与己醛含量的关系,验证了己醛作为油脂氧化标记物的可行性。采用原位水热合成法制备了氧化锌纳米棒涂层,该涂层对于目标醛类具有很好的萃取性能。研究中优化了氧化锌纳米棒涂层的制备条件及顶空-固相微萃取(HS–SPME)条件,建立了方便面中醛类的分析方...The solid phase microextraction (SPME) technique is a convenient isolating and pretreatment technique.
