本文以1-溴十二烷和二乙醇胺作为原料,通过霍夫曼烷基化SN2亲核取代反应合成一种塑料抗静电剂十二烷基二乙醇胺。考察了搅拌速度,NaOH、K2CO3、Na2CO3等无机碱,催化剂聚乙二醇400、KI等对反应速度、反应选择性的影响。结果表明在搅拌速度大于300rpm时反应速度不再增加,NaOH降低主反应的选择性,K2CO3、Na2CO3能提高反应的选择性,催化剂聚乙二醇400、KI对反应速度影响不明显。 实验测定了该反应的反应级数、表观活化能和频率因子,该亲核取代反应的表观反应动力学方程式可完整写为:r=d[AS]/dt=2.67×107e-86448/RT[DBr]1.12[DEA]1.08。...学位:工学硕士院系专业:化学化工学院化学工程系_化学工程学号:19973300
