Abstract

A公司是船舶管理公司,主营船员招聘、培训和配备工作,在业界具备较好声誉和竞争力。目前A公司整体船员素质属中上水平,呈中间大两头扁平的样式;其中,高级船员十分紧缺,为此在承接国际船员劳务外派时比较困难。本文旨在通过对A公司原有船员培训体系的优化设计,深入研究如何做好船员培训,以提高船员的综合素质,进而达到改善组织运营绩效的目的。 本文通过对A公司经营管理情况以及原有船员培训体系的深入剖析,在人力资源培训理论的指导下,结合自己的工作,用访谈法、寄送邮件等调查手段,收集了大量有关A公司的船员培训信息;应用系统思维客观分析了A公司原有船员培训体系,发现其存在问题,并从培训思路、培训原则和培训环节等方...Company A is a ship management company with pretty good reputation and competition in the industry.
