本论文的目标是研究激光诱导下分子氧(O2)与Gd2O3和La2O3等稀土倍半氧化物的晶格氧(O2–)反应生成过氧物种(O22–)的影响因素及本质。在论文的第一部分工作中,采用原位显微Raman光谱技术考察了同一份六方La2O3样品上532、633和785nm等波长的激光对O22–的生成影响,确凿证实了在450C下,波长为785nm的激光不能诱导O2与La2O3的O2–反应生成O22–;进一步考察了325和514nm等激光诱导下La2O3表面O22–生成的最佳温度,结果显示,波长短的激光对La2O3的O2–具有较强的活化作用。785nm激光不能诱导O22–生成的原因,可能是光子能量较低不足以活化...This dissertation focuses on the studies of influencing factors and mechanism of the formation of peroxide species induced by laser on the surface of rare earth sesquioxide (such as La2O3 and Gd2O3) in the presence of oxygen.
